SERVICE FEES:
SPOT-TRACE requires an annual satellite service contract, which is done online. The costs of the annual service, depending on the modality chosen at the time of contracting, are the following:
Basic Service
SPOT Trace automatically sends a text/email with your asset's GPS coordinates when motion is detected. You can view the GPS coordinates of your asset online or through our app. With the Basic Service you can customize your Trace to track every 5, 10, 30 or 60 minutes. You can also customize your device's settings for dock mode, motion alert, status, low battery, and power on.

Extreme Tracking Service
Enjoy greater reliability with the "Extreme Tracking" service. Get all the advantages of the Basic Service, with the added advantage of being able to track the GPS coordinates of your asset every 2 ½ minutes.
