SPOT Trace tracks your most valuable assets anywhere in the world, using your computer or phone. Affordable and easy to use, it's the most logical solution for your cars, boats, motorcycles and other valuables.

SPOT Gen3 offers location-based messaging and emergency notification technology that allows you to communicate virtually anywhere in the world. It offers the option of personalized tracking service with higher frequency, motion-activated tracking and longer battery life.

The SPOT family of products uses the GPS satellite network to determine a customer's location and the Globalstar satellite network to transmit messages and GPS coordinates to others. SPOT offers several ways to access communication when you are far from marked routes and out of coverage:


  • Burglar Alert- Instantly receive a text or email when your most valuable assets move, or track them on Google Maps anytime from your phone or computer. (Available with SPOT Trace.)
  • Rescue - In emergency situations, users can send an emergency SOS notification to GEOS, International Emergency Response Coordination Center (IERCC) using the SOS button or by dialing 1-1-2. In less serious situations, you can contact your friends and family for assistance using SPOT Help/Assist. (Available with Gen3 and GPS Messenger.)
  • "Check In" Confirmation - With the push of a button, users can let friends and family know that everything is going according to plan and there is no need to be alarmed. (Available with SPOT Gen3 and GPS Messenger.)
  • Progress Tracking - Allows you to view the user's GPS location transmitted through Google Maps in real time. (Available on SPOT Gen3 and GPS Messenger.)
